Policies and Conditions



We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too. Our philosophy is to extend to you the best possible service, so that your time with us is one of rejuvenation. Most clinic day appointments are booked days in advance. Please respect our cancellation policy, and understand that last minute cancellations and no-show appointments are not acceptable, and very detrimental to our, or any business that operates by appointment.

Cancellation Policy

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations that occur 24 hours or more before the scheduled time are able to be re-booked at no additional cost to the client.

The first time a cancellation is made within the 24hr period prior to the time of the booked appointment, the client will be given the opportunity to re-book (with no financial penalty applied).

Any subsequent cancellations by/for the same client that occur within the 24 hour period will be referred to the Clinic Manager and may result in a cancelled booking fee being applied (which will be 100% of the full fee)

Missed appointments or any cancelled ones for any reason within 24hr period will be fully charged.

Clients who make a booking and subsequently fail to present for their designated appointment (and have not contacted the clinic to cancel their appointment), may result in a cancelled booking fee being applied (which will be equal to the value of the consultation fee for that booking which had been made and subsequently cancelled).

Any changed, altered or moved appointment with less than 24hr notice, for any reason, will be charged 50% of the full fee.

While families try to cover educational costs for their children, the costs of secondary schools, technical schools and university programs often exceed what they can provide. Ayadi Amina cancellation fees are not kept by the clinic, they will be donated as educational funds to selected families inorder to help fill thier educational financial gap.

We ask clients to make every effort to keep their scheduled appointments to avoid us having to turn other clients away when we are fully booked.


Patient Privacy

All client records at Ayadi Amina Clinic are treated confidentially and in accordance with legal and ethical requirements.

We have a right of access to health information held about our patients, submitted by the patients themselves in accordance with their doctor. Requests for access to client health information must be made in writing using a special Form available at Reception, along with the patient's own approval.

Our patient is fully responsible for all the medical information given to the clinic, not to mention the importance of having all medical details, clear and complete, to avoid any disturbance or misleading.

We ask our clients to give every tiny medical information that would help us in his/her therapy process.
